How to Prepare

Recycle these items at the Oswego County Transfer Stations
- Dry Cell Batteries: Ni-cad, AAA, AA, C, D, 6-volt, 9-volt, button. No auto batteries.
- Electronics: Computers, monitors, printers, cell phones, TVs, microwaves, fax machines NO fluorescent bulbs, kitchen or personal appliances.
- Motor Oil: NO business oil.
- Scrap Metal: Pots, pans, metal appliances, lawn mowers, bicycles, aluminum siding, etc. NO sealed drums, fuel tanks, or pressurized tanks.
- Used Clothing: Clothing, shoes, sneakers, belts, purses, blankets, sheets, drapes
- Yard Waste & Compost: Leaves, brush & tree waste, grass, hay/straw, weeds, fruits & vegetables, coffee grounds
